While looking through my pictures, I found these that Stacy took from across the table on Thursday.  I like them.  And I like him.

We spent the day at home just watching movies and relaxing.  Saige still has a fever and isn't feeling well.  The other kids seem to be over it.  I felt pretty crummy today, but am fine.  This is also the response I get from Clint.  He said he doesn't feel great, but his typical answer is "I'm fine".  He could saw his hand off and he would still say, "I'm fine".  Hopefully a good nights sleep will help us all.

We spent the day celebrating Thanksgiving at Larry and Diane's.  Judd asked me, "Does Thanksgiving last for 3 days?"  Yes!
I'm disappointed I didn't take more pictures today.  Jett and Saige had fevers and weren't feeling well, so I was a bit distracted.  Aside from that, we enjoyed time with family!

By evening, the kids were all feeling better and were playing outside.  It was a beautiful, warm day.

While the other kids were outside playing, Sloan was inside watching a movie and eating a popcicle and was very content.

We spent the last 2 days in Greensburg for Thanksgiving.  Clint came home last night so he could feed and check water.  The kids and I had a sleepover at Stacy's.  It was fun.  Clint came back up and spent the afternoon with us today and brought us home.  Judd and Saige had fevers today and didn't feel well.  Aside from that, we enjoyed being with family.

I am thankful for so many things.  These 5 rank pretty high on my list.

I have really been slacking in terms of keeping up with my blog.  Honestly, I just haven't felt like taking the time to do it in the evenings.  I'm sure I've missed remembering things in the last 6 days since I've been a slacker.  After we get the kids to bed, I just want to sit and eat my huge bowl of ice cream and watch some trash tv, so that's what I've been doing.  Jaide only took one nap today, so she was ready to go to sleep at 7:30 tonight, so I really have no excuses tonight.
Jaide knows exactly how to get what she wants. She will come into the kitchen and point up at the counter.  I will show her different things or ask her what she wants and if it is something she doesn't want, she shakes her whole body back and forth.  She has definitely learned to communicate (in the way that a 1 year old does).  She goes up and down the stairs with ease and loves to be wherever the other kids are.

Almost every night after supper, the kids want to go upstairs and "have a dance party".  They like to turn on the oldies station (70's and 80's music) that their father listens to, turn on the strobe light and dance.  It's fun.
Last Friday, Stacy and I took a selfish sisters day and went to Hays to Rock Haven for a spa treatment then to Gella's for lunch followed by a little shopping.  It was enjoyable.  Clint stayed home with the kids.  He took them to his parents for awhile in the afternoon so he could get a few things done.  I made it home for bed time.
On Saturday, the girls and I went to Megan's baby shower.  Dian came by and picked us up on her way in.  It was great to see her and the girls had fun riding in her pickup.  She took a few pictures for us when we got home from the shower.

Saige and Sloan were happy to see Kaycee.  Since she is away at college we don't get to see her as much.

Jaide wouldn't go to Dian while we were gone, but when we got back to the house, Jaide grabbed her hand and was walking around the house with her.

Here are a few pictures from last nights wrestling match.  Clint is so good about getting down on the floor and playing with the kids.  They all want to be with their Daddy.
