Two good things about today:
It was in the 60s.
The time change.  I could care less about "losing" an hour of sleep.  I love that it is light longer in the evenings.  I automatically switch gears and feel the need to start doing yard work.  The kids love to be able to play outside after supper.  We were out quite a bit this afternoon.  Jett, Judd and Saige helped Clint haul some pairs to the farm.  Sloan stayed home with me.  Both boys got some sun on their cheeks today.

One sad thing about today:
A sweet lady in our community had a heart attack last night and died.  Betty Kay was a kind woman and always sincerely asked how I was doing.  She also always showed genuine concern for Saige's health.  Her son was Clint's classmate.  She will be missed.  It's another reminder not to take each day for granted because we never know when it will be our last.

On a lighter note, I "built" the kids a cardboard house in the stairway.  It has lasted 4 days and they haven't destroyed it yet.

Saige wanted to hold Jaide in their cardboard house
